Refunds, Transfers and Credits
If you are unable to attend, tickets are non-refundable. However, one of the following options is available:
-
Transfer your ticket to another registered Club member, provided that we are notified in advance so we can update the name on the guest list. Any difference in price resulting from promotional pricing must be paid;
-
Use the ticket amount as credit toward admission to one of our parties held by the end of the following month after purchase. If the new party costs more, you must pay the difference. If it costs less, no refund or remaining credit will be provided.
If neither option is chosen, the amount will be retained by the Club as a penalty for operational work performed and tickets that may not have been sold due to the event being occupied.
